Chapel Stalingrad
A memorial.
The chapel, situated high above Aigen, reminds of the many fallen soldiers in Stalingrad during the 2nd World War. Due to the endeavors of Otto Hable, the principal of the secondary school, who returned from the war, the chapel was built in 1970. It was consecrated in 1973 and in 1976 the Stalingrad bell was installed.
