Hut to hut adventure for families along the Dachstein hiking trail

1^st day: Individual arrival in Gosau am Dachstein. You will receive your travel documents at the hotel Overnight stay in Gosau.

2^nd day: From your accommodation in Gosau you start the hike along the Herrenweg over the Kalvarienberg to the Zwieselalm where the Gablonzerhütte is located. There is a remarkable panorama with a magnificent view of the Dachstein.

3^rd day: : Today´s hike leads you along the Austria Weg, first over steeper flower meadows to the Oberer Törecksattel. Then it continues slightly downhill on the south side of the Großer Donnerkogel and through a forest to the Stuhlalm. From here you walk half an hour to Theodor-Körner-Hütte.

• Overnight stay at Theodor-Körner-Hütte.

4^th day: After a refreshing breakfast, hike back to the Stuhlalm. Through rocky boulders and green mountain pastures you pass the striking Bischofsmütze and the stage destination – the Hofpürglhütte.

• approx.6,5 km, 2-3 hrs, altitude difference 339 m / 97 m
• Overnight stay at Hofpürglhütte

5^th day: From the Hofpürghütten you start the descent into the valley to Filzmoos via the Wastl-Lackner-Steig. Passing the nice Almsee you continue to the centre of Filzmoos. After you have explored the town centre, you will take a taxi back to the starting point Gosau.
