1st day: Individual arrival at Bad Mitterndorf and handing over of the travel documents.

2nd day: Bad Mitterndorf – Bad Aussee
- approx. 19 km, 5 hrs, altitude difference 182 m / 323 m
- You start today's stage from Bad Mitterndorf via the district of Obersdorf, past the Kumitzberg to Knoppen. We continue to Pichl-Kainisch, where you can observe the impressive natural phenomenon of the Strumern when the snow melts in spring. Caste springs gush out of the forest floor here and after a while they combine to form a real river. You continue to the idyllic natural lake, the Ödensee, where you get your well-deserved snack in the Kohlröserlhütte. Along the Kainischtraun you come to Bad Aussee.
- Overnight stay in Bad Aussee
3rd day: Bad Aussee – Hallstatt – Bad Goisern
- approx. 17 km, approx. 4 hrs, altitude difference 192 m / 351 m
- From Bad Aussee you hike along the Koppentraun again and through the wild and romantic Koppental to Obertraun. The tour continues along the Obertrauner Höhenweg and along the eastern shore hiking trail of Lake Hallstatt to Hallstatt train station. On the way, a visit to the Koppenbrüller Cave is highly recommended. During the following ferry ride across the lake, enjoy the impressive view of this place steeped in history and then go on a journey of discovery of this UNESCO World Heritage Site. After that you take the bus to Bad Goisern.

4th day: On a train ride including luggage from Bad Goisern to Bad Mitterndorf you can review the impressions of your hike. Individual departure from Bad Mitterndorf or additional nights bookable.
