Family Adventure Hike
Obertal
The family hike takes place every Wednesday from 09:30. We start together with Hermine at the Duisitzkarsee car park. From there we take a somewhat steeper forest path along a waterfall. Over the Kesslerboden to the Duisitzkarsee lake. Once at the top of the lake, we take a break with a campfire and sausages. After fun and games, we start the return hike together.
- Meeting point: Eschachalm hiking portal
- Duration: until approx. 16:00, approx. 2:30 hours pure walking time
- Cost: € 22,- for adults | children free of charge
- Free of charge: with Sommercard
- Participants: Maximum 20
- Altitude difference: approx. 500 m
- Nature of the trail: Hiking trail (somewhat steeper in places) over stones or forest floor, sections of forest road
- How to get there: From Schladming via the L722 Rohrmoosstraße towards Rohrmoos, at the traffic circle via the L723 Tälerstraße turn left towards Untertal. At the end of Untertaldorf, turn right onto Obertalstraße and continue to Hopfriesen and from there approx. 2 km to the Eschachalm hiking portal parking lot.
- Equipment: Bring a rucksack with a drink and a snack! Good footwear required!
