From cow to cheese - cheese dairy tour

Course fee: € 5 per person

This guided tour gives you an insight into cheese production. The cows with exclusively female offspring provide the valuable milk, which Martin Pötsch refines into fine semi-hard and hard cheese varieties. The raw material milk, free from preservatives, and the further processing play an important role. At the end of the tour, the cheeses are tasted together. Your favorite varieties can also be purchased at the farm store to take home.
