The tour
This tour at the foot of the Dachstein south walls takes you via the Bachlalm, the Schaidlalm and a light larch forest in the direction of Sulzenhals to the tour destination. There are also variants to the Windlegerscharte, to the Tor or to the Rötelstein (all tours are difficult and extremely demanding). For the way back you will find many varied descents along the ascent route.

On the day of the tour: Read the avalanche situation report and weather forecast and check what effects it will have on your planned ski tour: possibly adjust or cancel the ski tour. Are all participants fit and healthy enough to go on the tour? If not, change or cancel the ski tour.
