Effective full-body workout in the middle of nature! From the Stainach-Grimming sports field to the Natur.Kraft.Platz. Wasserplatz on the River Enns, endurance and coordination are already trained. The use of your own body weight and natural elements strengthens your muscles and body awareness. Fresh air, natural surroundings and motivating exercises make this workout a unique experience for all fitness levels.
Nebojsa Dukic, BEd MSc, is a sports scientist, training therapist and lecturer. With his mobile training laboratory “POWERBOX”, he offers individual performance diagnostics, personalized training programs and specialist lectures on sport and health.
