The Natur.Kraft.Platz. Ägydiuskirche is the destination of this mindfulness hike. Through conscious steps, breathing exercises and meditative impulses, we connect with nature and arrive fully in the moment. This gentle hike promotes inner peace, clarity and new energy.
After the hike, Gasthof Leitner offers the perfect opportunity to indulge in culinary delights (evening menu until 8.00 pm).
Petra Cibulak has more than 30 years of experience in bodywork and health promotion, with expertise in Shiatsu, DO-IN and forest bathing. As the initiator of FEMIN-IN DO-IN and organizer of the congress “Aspects of Femininity”, she is committed to the empowerment and networking of women.
