Forest yoga
Almhütte Auszeit/Almhütte MeineZeit
Small groups walk from the car park to the yoga power place in the forest. A gentle yoga session (approx. 60 min.) is held in the forest. A harmonious combination of asanas, pranayama and meditation harmonises body, mind and soul.
